# Mission Planner

Mission Planner is a full-featured ground station application for the ArduPilot open source autopilot project. For more information visit <https://ardupilot.org/planner/docs/mission-planner-overview.html>

To connect to a running simulation&#x20;

1. select TCP from the dropdown menu and set the IP address and port provided by the dronesim simulation instance.
